Birth Doula

We are back to in person birth support! (still hospital dependent, but most hospitals are allowing in person as long as the birthing person has a negative COVID test upon arrival).

Package Includes:

Prenatal:

• Getting to know you and what you want for your birth meeting where we make a birth plan and I collect information and put together a resource list for you and your partner (if desired) to better advocate for what you desire in your pregnancy and birthing time.

• Comfort Measures Session

• Access to my “Lending Library”

• 24/7 On-Call Availability for your birth

Birth:

• Constant communication + support. Even if it’s phone/text support until you’re ready for me to join you in person.

• In person support (if applicable/allowed dependent upon birthing location + desire) when you need me.

• Experienced + evidence based labor support from a Doula that has attended 150+ births.

Postpartum:

• Up to 2 hours (hospital policy dependent if in hospital)

• Help facilitate feeding

• Either a zoom postpartum meeting (due to COVID) or an in person (comfot dependent) postpartum o see how things are going, provide resources or to debrief anything that you may want answers to.

Postpartum Doula

$30-$35/Hour

Postpartum support looks different to each family, but one this each family does need, is more non bias, evidence based postpartum support. That’s where a Postpartum Doula comes in. We come to your home and help your family transition to parenthood with no judgement, professional, evidence based, loving support however you need it.
